In a not so distant future: human beings are forced to life in bunkers to avoid the solar radiation.
Here you can see the lowest class. Living in shelters 5-10 meters below the surface and out side the real bunkers they suffer from radiation burns and have to replace their dead and useless bodyparts with mechanical prosthesis. This happens at a very young age. Every 12 year old child has one. Due to their work on the surface no one of the lower class reaches an age over 30. They have to work to pay their rents or die on the upper grounds. In the shelter there is no privacy but every seat has a device for controlled dreaming. Mutation is a common birth defect.
